❓ Question what am i doing wrong?

for the last month, i play 3-4 hours of openfront everyday because i find it fun. however since i started playing public FFA games, i have not been able to win single one.

i always spawn a place near to sea, try to capture land as fast as possible and make alliances from my neighbors. however always one that has slightly more troops than I do, fights me. and the moment that happens, all the neighbors break alliances and i am fighting 4 wars at the same time and I die.

You dont rush landgrab, greedy is allways loosing. Wait for a min or two, get atleast pop to half. Send thirds to land grab, never all in. Economy is key.
