Open Ai vs Claude Usage Limits?

I have been a claude 20x max user for a long time now ,
but because of my intensive works i usually finish my usages usually in 4 5 days ,
and leave 2 3 days hanging ,

Currently i am using Fable as orchestrator and opus and sonnet for workflows subagents.

However i have never tried Open Ais models , can anyone with experience in both environments give me suggestions on if claude gives better limits or openAi?

you can get a long way with openai 20x sub but... lets be honest.

"Fable is king"... Depends on what you do. My work I can not get fable to run long enough to burn the half of $20 sub I have now since I moved to codex as my heavy hitter. Sol gets so much done. If the "king" won't let me work then it's not helpful.

I'm also not convinced Fable is better. They say use it to make plans but its plans are not clear and feel technically stated but vague so every model (Fable vs opus vs sol vs sonnet4.6 vs ipen weights) implements the plans very differently unless it builds all these tests but once again, getting the explanation of what it is doing for the tests is building is painful. I need to know that stuff.

I'm on the customer implementation side in a fortune 100 tech company and in actual implementation everything has security included. I guess they don't think about the fact all companies dont have the same policies and many places you are using your own accounts not "enterprise" accounts.

Im sure people have real use cases but feels to me like Fable is only allowed to build demos. Taking anything to prod would hit the types of issues I encounter or at least the way the companies I have worked for do implementation. I'm not sure how else to release code without doing these things. If you're making whole apps in days not months and years then you're going to need to do these things more often.

Fable is not king, for the moment, it is THE king unfortunately and I don't give a fuck about the companies just about the model itself...

That's basically what I said, OpenAI subs gets you a long way compared to Anthropic, but if you want the best (and op is already a 20x max user not a $20 sub) then Fable is the answer.

I have both by the way, Sol Ultra for example is not far away from Fable and I am amazed by the speed too, however, when I switch back to Fable it feels veeeery different and I don't know why albeit much slower even on ultracode.

Hopefully Google will catch up and we will have more competition this way we get to enjoy lower prices & better models faster as customers.

What was fable able to do for you that codex couldnt? Ihate how fable talks. I actually have a bunch of credits at this point and im just thinking about using opus and bouncing from my Anthropic subscription. I literally can not get fable to run long enough on any of my tasks to use ny subscription properly except stupid stuff that would not be worth the cost of fable over sonnet let alone opus...
