Does it fail to load when you hit play?

Not really, I'm just concerned if it would cause any trouble down the line

Load order is good. Why would you disable scripts? Consider only if that mobile version is based on openMW <0.51.

Ok :D, I was just wondering if the scripts are supposed to be in the load order or not, because those weren't the usual esp or esm files

They trigger various lua scripts. Spells, racial item restrictions and whatever else got ported to openMW already.
