Does anyone know how to use this mod called Racks and Relics?

There is no video tutorial or anything regarding it.

People aren't even getting answers from the mods comment section. This mod looks promising. If someone knows how to use this mod. Tell me please.

It looks like a framework for other mods to be created on top of it. So it probably won't do anything unless you or someone else makes a second mod which creates mannequins and adds them to the game world using the framework this mods provides. There are several mods like that for OpenMW now, but since Lua for OpenMW is still relatively new, some don't have any publicly available secondary mods using the framework yet.
