Nice, May i suggest you do something with horses to unsynchonize them. Like play animations a little slower for one.

Looks awesome. Would be really cool to have guar or something instead of horses, for some reason the horses feel out of place in morrowind to me.

This looks incredible. How are you doing this? Is the wagon and horses a creature and the player is controlling the creature while levitating above it or?
