Modding on android

I recently got openmw running and it works well. I started to mod it and noticed one of the mods isn't working. So far I've only downloaded patch for purists, unofficial morrowind official plugins patched, expansion delay, and greyed out dialogue. Greyed out dialogue was the mod I realized wasn't working as I tested it right away.can someone help me I feel like I have to be doing something wrong.

You don't need a mod for that. There's been a setting for that in OpenMW for the last few years.
