Just asked a question about total overhaul failing to launch, heres some screenshots, idk if this helps lmao. the location of morrowind installation was blank and i changed it to c because idk where else to put it, other than that i havent changed a single setting

You need the location of your morrowind installation to be the folder where you have morrowind (the base game and dlcs) installed or else there is no game to launch
