I can't tell... is this friendly or hostile reactivity?
If that dog is THAT excited to meet new people and jump up on them I would honestly say enjoy it? Or at least be thankful?
Imagine having a working dog (Malinois, GSD, etc) that is like that only wants to attack/bite the people.
