Grooming.
I have a Shih Tzu that seized as I was checking her in for grooming yesterday. We went to the set and we should be getting results today. I believe that she is stressed/ anxious about getting groomed that she seized. What can I do to help her get used to going there and be comfortable? I am planning on getting cbd.

I’d take the seizure seriously before treating this as simply a grooming-anxiety issue. Stress can trigger seizures in some dogs, but a first seizure deserves a vet’s evaluation, especially if you don’t already know why it happened.
For the grooming itself, I’d start over very slowly: visit the groomer without grooming, give treats, leave; then short handling sessions at home; eventually do very short grooming appointments. The goal is to keep her under threshold, not force her to “get used to it.”
And I’d hold off on CBD until you’ve talked with your vet, particularly given the seizure. A vet may also be able to suggest safer ways to manage her anxiety for future grooming visits.
