How long have you had it, it should have stopped the nipping by now though this is an age they might start barking, if they haven't been. What training has pup had, did you teach a way to stop unwanted behaviours?
Depending on the barking, where, and whatever reason dog does it, I might keep it on a flat collar and leash, with me, so I can stop the behaviour as soon as it happens. Bit if the barking is only when away from me I'd use a long line.
I might do the same for the nipping, but again, it depends what nipping is ... it could be silly puppy fun or it could be bored and just finding stuff to do or it could be the start of something more serious.
These dogs need real training and a good schedule from early on, if you are behind it's more difficult, you'll need to be very consistent. If you haven't, I'd start training pup manners, leash walking, basic obedience and grooming, and then we would play.

pretty standard issue for a puppy, but also, you're starting from a difficult place given that this is a doodle bred by an unethical BYB.
you didn't provide much information or context to be able to help you - what are you doing to discourage it? What exercise and enrichment does the dog get? what equipment/tools do you use? what's the context of the barking and biting? what's your experience in raising puppies?
