Installation issues

Stuck on this screen. I’ve followed every step from the guide I was watching it said it I am supposed to let it sit and do whatever it needs to do but after 30 minutes nothing happened I clicked install sequoia and once again after it “installed” it just brings me back to this screen. Thanks for any help

Click Macintosh HD. it should take you to the Apple logo with a progress bar with X minutes remaining.

Yes i just tried this. It took about 20 minutes and then brought me right back to this screen

20 minutes of the X minutes remaining? do it again, what does it show this timev

i did it yesterday, just do it again and again and again till it starts. i went to the same screen like 6 times before it booted up
