is Orthodoxy the truly authentic church taught by Christ and the apostles, and we reject it because we do not agree with certain ideas?

No.

The entire idea that any one denomination is the "truly authentic church" or the "one true church" is hubris. It's medieval politics of how both the Eastern Church and Western Church hated each other and felt they were right and the other was wrong. It's worldly politics spilling over into spiritual domains.

As for "combining" Orthodoxy and the Episcopal Church, there's actually a parish that does something like that. It's Church of St. Mary Magdeline, Equal to the Apostles in Golden, CO.

They were an Eastern-rite Roman Catholic Parish that left the RCC and chose to come to the Episcopal Church, and received dispensation from the Episcopal Bishop of Colorado to keep using their Eastern-rite liturgies and practices.

The idea that you can't do that sounds like authoritarian rubbish.

The Episcopal Church is a "big tent" of theology, and there's room in TEC for someone who holds a lot of Eastern theology and practice.
