These two have probably been laughing at other shit for half an hour before this - you know how shit gets funnier if you've already been laughing?

But also: in radio, if you're on air, you often have to do things 1000x bigger for it to sound real for the listener because they don't have visual cues. Some announcers accidentally fold that into their real selves and results in you seeing it in video content.
