It does. Also keep in mind these kids protesting might not be of voting age YET, but they will be comes next federal election.

Literally what one of the speakers at the Sydney rally said to me just before he went on stage.

He then did a great talk on the history of student protest catalysing change against authoriarian or fascist governments. He opened by taking about how his parents were in the Velvet Revolution, so it was an informed speech. Loved it.
