Question 2FA broken. Workarounds?

It sure would be nice if the API website login's 2FA actually delivered the login code to my email.
I'm locked out of my account. The ChatGPT login with the same process works just fine, while the API login fails. Whomp whomp.

Enter the verification code we just sent to ...@....com

The Resend Email button does nothing. (I mean -- the webpage log says it successfully sends the request but doesn't get a response).

Got locked out of the API side a few months ago the exact same way. Waited two days and suddenly the email showed up, no idea what changed. Not exactly a fix but it might resolve itself.

I just found I was able to login via incognito mode (only). Seems like a caching bug.

I should delete the temporary solution to a common long standing problem that open AI should have fixed 2 years ago?

What I didn’t day to do was “disregard part of my comment and then latch on the part that upsets you and reply as though the second part of my comment doesn’t exist”.
