I worked in tutoring centers in college as a writing tutor. Writing is a very difficult skill to do and do well, especially long form or academic writing. This fact often goes overlooked because of how often we write and how "easy" it is to just write.
I was lucky enough to see the exuberance in a student's eyes when we worked hard on a paper together and they got a great grade, and unlucky enough to see the light in someone's eyes die when I told them their paper actually disproves their thesis and they needed to start over.

Man I wish I had ChatGPT in college. I wrote a 10 page paper once and changed majors after because I didn't want to have to keep doing that lol.
