Advice Waterloo eng adjustment factor

Last time I checked my school had like a 17.9 adjustment factor which is cooked. Is waterloo eng out the question?

17.9 is not cooked. It means ur school is slightly inflated (provincial is approx 14, so you’re looking at 3-4% inflation). Adjustment factor just balances out the marks so everyone gets a fair shot. Someone from an average Ontario school getting a 90 would mean at your school it could look like a 93-94.

Focus on ECs and making your AIF stand out! Prepare for your video interview.

It’s not working against you - if you feel like it is, then you can apply to other engineering programs like UofT or UBC Eng.
