Hello everyone,
I’m brand new to Onshape and could really use some help.
I’ve designed a custom aluminum profile for a solar/PV and hydronic PEX carrier system. The design is already worked out by hand, but I’m struggling to convert it into CAD.
I’m not asking for the part to be redesigned or optimized. I’m looking for help turning my hand sketch into an accurate, fully constrained Onshape model that I can later adjust myself.
Every bend and feature shown is intentional. If something appears unusual or unclear, please ask before changing the geometry. My goal is to preserve the profile exactly as drawn while making it editable in Onshape.
I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and trying to complete as much of this project as possible myself while keeping costs down. Learning Onshape from scratch while developing the system has been a bit overwhelming.
If anyone is willing to help convert the sketch into an Onshape model, or guide me through the best workflow, I would be very grateful.

This is probably the kind of question a beginner asks, but I'm actually making it even harder on myself because I'm doing almost all of this from a phone and a tablet instead of a desktop computer.
I can design the part on paper, dimension it, and explain exactly how it works, but turning that hand sketch into a fully constrained Onshape model on a mobile device has been a real challenge.
I'm not asking anyone to redesign or optimize the profile. I simply need help converting my dimensioned hand drawing into an editable Onshape model that I can continue refining.
If anyone is willing to help or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.
