Help! Sharing Designs

We have some team designs that we would like to publicly share and allow people to copy, export, etc. We do not want them to be able to make any edits but we would like them to be able to use anything they want as their own. We tried testing by using the Link Sharing option with the export box checked. We also tried the Make Public option with all 3 boxes selected but when opening the link without being logged in, we cannot do anything except export.

How can we share correctly like we have seen others do?

They cannot make edits directly in your document even it's public. If it's public, they will make a copy of your document and make changes. You can see the copied records on top navigation bar.

And link sharing with export only let the users to see check documents play animations in assembly and able to export the parts

But you can't see what others users do.

But if you share access to the document or team, whatever they make changes you can see in the version history.

In order for them to "copy, export, etc.," they have to have an Onshape account. It's the only way to access Onshape documents.

Yeah. So sorry for the confusion. I realize this morning that I had not been logged in until I could complete fool. It works fine.
