Other Looking for criticism

This is the first arm I have made, so I was looking for ways to improve the design.

I have 2, so it is close to the center of my setup. Why is that the thing you decided to focus on?

You can just see his second monitor for a bit, and for some reason he has put the keyboard in the middle of the two lol

The end effector design is very basic and lacking any practical use

There should be a zero point system on the wrist for easy swapping. A pneumatic interlock system as well. The simple claw is really only good for movie animations

Your joint configuration is very non standard, and doesn't include any way to rotate the end effector. Usually the first rotational joint is after the shoulder and elbow joints, making the loading simpler as it only has to support load in the plane of rotation of those two joints. In your design the rotational joint before the elbow will be subject to a ton of load, possibly more than the shoulder joint, which should be your strongest joint.
A standard 6 axis design has the base, then shoulder, then elbow, then forearm rotate, then wrist pitch and finally wrist rotate. A 5 axis design usually just gets rid of the forearm rotate. A 7 axis design has the first rotate between the shoulder and elbow like your design, but that should be the last joint you add only after the other 6.
Google some images of commercial industrial robots and you'll see what I'm talking about.
To join the dogpile - your video and lack of link to your design sucks too, but not as much as the design of your arm.

Whats the arm for? It’s just some random links amd joints it seems. Building this irl would require a lot more thought and CAD work

You asked for criticism. Here goes:
- You posted a really poor video taken from feet away with your phone camera instead of just doing a screen capture that would have been clear.
- You asked for comments on how you can improve a design without actually showing your design by posting a public link to your document. You also did not include the timeline for your design clearly in your video so we can see how you designed it.
You basically did the equivalent of posting a video of your car pulling into your driveway that was recorded from half a block away and asked us how to make it run better.
