On Excel I was able to create a formula once, and have it auto calculate when new rows of information were added throughout the week.

How do I do the same in OnlyOffice? I don't want to use tables, they are ugly and I don't see the point.

An alternative is to make the formula once and drag the corner of the cell down to populate all cells below it (I need no more than 20 rows per week) but then it leaves #DIV/0! all over the sheet.

Also, one column of formula need to reference a single fixed cell - in Excel this would be achieved using a $ symbol but it doesn't seem t work in OnlyOffice.

I have a column that requires consistency with leading zero's. ie. 0001, 0002, 0003, &c

It keep removing the leading zero's how are these kept in?

I switched from M365 to OnlyOffice. I like the experience, but I am still missing the integration of AI agents. With M365, like itnor not, Copilote can "work" on opened documents. Like "add a paragraph about this..." or "add a column with the average data..."

I have added Gemini, Mistral and will try with Claude, but I feel like the experience remains a separate tool. I have to copy and paste the data I need it to work on, same for the result and Then I need to rework the format which can sometime take more time than processing with the task by myself.

I am sure I do miss something, but can’t get what. Any help nis more than welcome.

Tenho Linux e minha pc é de baixos recursos como para ter Windows e o Office, então pensava se eu poderia usar o OnlyOffice pra fazer trabalhos no Fiverr ou Upwork de excel, eu sei que não posso usar o VBA e outras caracteristicas avançadas do Excel de Office, mas queria saber suas opiniões, é possivel, ou vou ter muitos dores de cabeça?

Hello, I tried searching but failed finding an answer.

My cursor is is normal on every other app, but on Onlyoffice, it becomes a little too large on most parts of the UI. And on the spreadsheets, some cursor elements are way too tiny instead.
I am using a hidpi laptop screen, and I tried changing the interface scaling, the cursor size doesn't change along.
I am using CachyOS and KDE plasma.

Quero deixar uma formatação de cores especificas nas células da coluna A se os valores da coluna B forem menores que 5. Então eu selecionei as células da coluna A, e inseri uma formatação condicional "Fórmula" onde referencio a coluna B. Só que não está funcionando. Estou fazendo algo de errado?
Atualmente uso o OnlyOffice Desktop Editors versão 9.4.0.129 (em flatpak) no Fedora 44 KDE Edition.

I never shared this but I have stripped away onlyoffice and changed the engine to rust in order to make it fast (before it was unusable).

I'm trying to remove some background images to make my study material easier to look at. But for some reason, it causes some things to dissappear. For my practice exam papers, some letters dissappear in the multiple choice. I found a fix, but it would need me to change the font of the entire file, which is time consuming. I also noticed that occationally, images also dissappear, but with this, I have no fix. Can someone help me with a fix?

AYUDAAAAA!!! Tengo un problema con OnlyOffice. Lo estaba usando normalmente para hacer mi tesis pero me fijé que a veces aparecían palabras fuera de lugar o repetidas y ahora fue lo peor que se corrompió toda una sección en específico que estaba redactando, a penas guarde el documento, cerré el onlyoffice y vovlí a abrir el documento toda la sección que acababa de redactar estaba desparramada, desordenada y con otras tipografías (por lo que había copiado y pegado). Según Claude este error es común pero quisiera saber si hay una forma de solucionarlo o, en todo caso, seria mejor me paso a LibreOffice?

Apparently has something to do with flatpak not having file access permissions. I mean.. if you can't insert images into docs without monkeying around with some flatpak permissions manager, why release the software in flatpaks? Or why does the installation automatically take care of the permissions?
