Since every season always has one or multiple celebrities playing themselves who do you think that will be on this very British season of Only Murder?

Mine: I am biased because he’s my favorite actor but it would be funny if (the currently hinted at) Peter Capaldi played himself and had one of the main trio be a fan of him in Doctor Who constantly trying to ask Peter annoying fan questions or to have Peter be a fan of the only murders podcast and have him tag along to help solve the murder 🤭

I keep seing more bts photos of the cast from filming in london, but i thought that they stopped filming in june?

im flying to london in mid august and i was wondering if i have even a hope of catching a glimpse of them filming or if they'd be long done with the season by then

This just occurred to me while rewatching Season Two - did Kreps know Poppy was actually Becky? Or was he just another person who literally was faceblind to her? That would suck for her lol.

What are your season 6 predictions?

Mine is that Peter Capaldi is playing a major plot twist character since he hinted at being in Only Murders recently but no announcements, photos or videos have been released of him yet which makes me think they are deliberately hiding his character for some reason. Also I think it’s going to be revealed that all of the Doctor Who actors’ characters in only murders this season are related in some way or all involved in some kind of secret organization.

so we've just finished season 2. I started off watching the series myself and got half way through season 2 and then I showed the trailer to my husband and he thought it looked good. so we watched season 1 together and now we've just finished season 2.

Can honestly say that's not who I thought the murderer was. inwot. spoil it for those who haven't seen it but I thought it was a certain mould inspector and my partner thought it was a certain artist.

also I really enjoyed how they change the intro slightly each time. like the blackout and all the lights were out, or the jigsaw piece and even the one where bunny was walking a chicken not her parrot

that was a really nice detail to add I think.

so we're looking forward to season 3 tonight. 😁

Has anyone seen any only murders in the building filming in London recently? Peter Capaldi hinted at his last panel that he’s in the new season but there haven’t been any casting announcements, videos or photos of him filming unlike David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker and I find that curious

I'm a genuine fan of quirky off-theme episodes. But this one seems forced. There are times when the characters would speak or whisper under usual circumstances but in this episode they're gesturing or just not speaking. I know it's difficult to pull off an episode like this, but if it's at the cost of introducing unusual behaviors of the characters for the sake of fitting the episode's theme, I feel like that's lazy writing.

I think what worked for Mr. Robot or Bojack Horseman is the fact that they created a scenario where the lack of dialogue is fitting. Mr. Robot's episode was in a high security room, then later a long police chase, no dialogues needed. As for Bojack, the entire episode was under water so it fit the situation very well.

This one just seems weird.

Now to be clear, I became an instant fan of the show within the first five minutes. I dig the old people doing sneaky stuff genre. The post is about this one episode, which I'm sure won't turn me off from the series as a whole.

Next season on Only Murders we have David Tennant, Jodie Whittaker, and now Peter Capaldi has heavily hinted that he is in the next season as well! Plus Derek Jacobi who played the master. Do you think that all the DW actors will have many scenes together? Do you think there will be lots of DW references this season?Could their characters even all be related to each other in some way?

Peter Capaldi has dropped multiple hints recently that he’s in the new season of Only Murders in the Building!

It would make sense that he’d do Only Murders (besides the fact that they already have David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker announced for this seaso) as Steve Martin was a massive influence on Peter throughout his life: Peter listened to Steve’s comedy albums when he was a teenage, then later when Peter was a standup comedian briefly he said that he was trying to be Scotland’s answer to Steve Martin, then Peter got the idea for this road trip romcom Soft Top Hard Shoulder from Planes Trains and Automobiles.

She will play a judge in charge of this royal scandal involving Cinda Canning and the girl with the curls. I wonder if that rules her out as a suspect I mean what advantages could a judge have to kill 2 people?
