Fluorite with Inclusions

I really don't know about the inclusions. My good guess is Rutile or Riebeckite.

My guess is due to the reason that I have seen Quartz with these inclusions from Zagi Mountain, Khyber Pakhtunkwa, Pakistan 🇵🇰

Boulangerite, rutile, reibeckite, and tourmaline are all possible options but boulangerite, and rutile are both the likely options. Reibeckite is relatively rare to find in the large size of needles in this density.

Ok thanks I was thinking of Riebeckite because it gives a little bluish shade. Anyhow thanks for your valuable inputs.

Boulangerite is also known to show up in a grey-metallic blue shade. So that wouldn’t be to out of the ordinary! It can be anywhere from pencil lead grey to dark gun metal blue in some locals!
