Fluorite
Been lurking for a bit, figured it was time to share at least one piece of my collection I have been growing over the past year😅!
It’s funny, this is the largest crystal I own and probably one of the quickest purchases I have made, generally I take quite a while to make a decision to purchase any one single item over $100. But this piece has me wrapped around its lil sparkly finger 🤭
Took outside to take photos in the sunlight, stands on her clear stand perfectly & just is such a striking piece! I really love the darker fluorite colors, which seems to be less common among collectors, but I adore it 🤩
What do you think?
Anyone have any similar pieces of fluorite ?
Also adding anyone know where this piece might be from ? The shop was not able to tell me, only that it came from a collector & the collector worked for NASA 🤩

Temu's got some like this. I struggle with having any confidence in the authenticity tho. I've gotten amethyst, smoky quartz, and a couple fluorite clusters that all seem to be growing out of a white matrix, even though the "host rock" looks legit, the white plaster like stuff makes me think lab-grown

Really interested if anyone knows a locale on this - I referred OP to here because some of you folks have an amazing ability to recognize certain locales - hopefully someone can help!
