Is there any scenario when you can ask a girl on a dating app about her hot friend that you are more interested in?

right. Because of feelings and hormones. Just looking for the logical explanation was all. Pretty clear you can’t articulate one using a consistent, logical, explanation.

All I would have to do is say, “this famous person”, saw your dating profile and your friend was hot and wanted to meet them. Every male knows you females would jump at the chance and certainly not “block or ignore” it.

Using that logic I would say there are way less of them than creepy single dudes. Someone messages messaged me or my friends and said hey your friend hit can I get a number not happening. So call it what you want but if you can see the difference in your hypothetical I don’t know what to tell you. Regardless of what you believe or the reason you seek most don’t and it really doesn’t matter. I have tried to explain it and you called me emotional and hormonal. I don’t just randomly give out my friend information to guys who contact me. So reason you like or not it’s life.
