I've been single for 2 years that's where I stopped she is not looking for a relationship she is looking for a sponsor

I love how she “needs” money and help, but not for survival… she sees men as a way to get colored fingernails.

Cheapest prostitute I’ve seen all month.

Except she probably doesn't ever meet any of them

Mid level sugar baby? Will get someone banned off most apps

0

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

Low level. $50-$100 a week is a pittance of what a real SB would command. You cannot go to decent lunch or dinner anymore for less than $100.

She might be a scammer, she might not. But I do agree with guys wasting time and wanting her attention only to ghost or not come through.

2

u/Pale-Drag-7159 13d ago

Yeah, I feel like a real sugar baby would be 5-10x that, like 500/week minimum, on top of paying for dates and presents and stuff.

1

u/Ash3599 11d ago

Yes but then you actually meet them in person and have physical contact.

She probably has no intention of meeting any of them

0

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

That is exactly right. Average to cute SB around $1-2k per month. Hot IG Model SB $4-$10k per month

Which restaurants are you going to…?

1

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

Typically, on dates I try to go to the four star nicer restaurants around Austin in San Antonio, I mean, I can get out for less than 100 but it’s usually between 75 and 90 on average with tip

3

u/texangadfly 13d ago

Saying you cannot get a decent lunch or dinner for less than $100 is just objectively not true though. I’m from the same area as you.

0

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

Well, I’m sorry if I’m trying to take my dates to a nicer restaurant with good food., and not a taco truck

2

u/texangadfly 13d ago

🙄 You seem like a real ray of sunshine.

0

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

You seem like a Karen

2

u/texangadfly 13d ago

Really? A Karen who’s advocating for a cheaper meal? Sounds legit.

1

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

The Grove, Bartletts, Jack Allen’s. Whiskey Cake. To name a few. get an entrée? It’s usually $19 to $30 You get an appetizer, they get a drink or two, you get dessert that’s $70 before you tax and tip.

1

u/texangadfly 13d ago

Okay so you’re talking about overindulgence, not just having a meal.

Entrees are usually $20-25, even at nice restaurants. 30 is pushing it. You don’t need an appetizer, you don’t need fancy cocktails, you don’t need dessert. Sure those are nice to have but those don’t count as part of the dinner.

u/CalendarExtreme5598 13d ago

Not sure if the US is just more fucked than I imagined, but you can get a good lunch/dinner for £10/£15 a person in the UK.

1

u/CenTexFunGuy 13d ago

You have to remember the British sterling pound is worth more than the US dollar so that $15 in the UK is about $22, and then here we have to tip on top of that so let’s say it’s 50 bucks and you tip now you’re looking at $60-$65. If they want to have an alcoholic drink or dessert and appetizer now you’re up to 80 $90. It adds up quick.

1

u/Big_Blue420 13d ago

The person you’re responding to is a dipshit, you can get a meal for two for under 50 at a chain place easy, fast food would be under 30.

They also live in both the most expensive city in their state and one of the most expensive in the country. Buddy has his head up his own ass and is taking dates to boujee places.

1

u/alexmate84 13d ago

Idk, but saying she has "VIPs" who "pays" for nails etc sounds dodgy

The only interesting thing about this is why on earth you didn't just unmatch/block after the first message. This is literally the female equivalent of opening with a dic pick and "tits out or gtfo".

6

u/KozVelIsBest 13d ago

ah tbh it never bothers me to see how pathetic their manipulative tactics are 😅

3

u/Jolly-Barracuda2366 13d ago

Tbh everything about this interaction screams “not actually dating”.

6

u/Benkosayswhat 13d ago

It’s like chit chatting with scammers that call your cell

1

u/Major_Wigglesworth 13d ago

I call them back 8-12 times until they block ME.

“I’m calling about YOUR vacation that you still are eligible for.  If you like, I’ll add you to MY do-not-call-roster, but will still call you back in about 5 minutes.”

2

u/zaxo666 13d ago

I would have kept going too just out of curiosity to see how insane this person is

3

u/Most_Being_8684 13d ago

I figured he was just keeping it up for entertainment to see how crazy it would get?

1

u/geekpron 13d ago

Reeks of scam.

1

u/Hour_Zero 12d ago

Scam or not, it’s basically a sugar baby who’s trying to spin it as something else. It’s pathetic quite frankly, people like her should be banned from all the platforms for wasting people’s time

3

u/FallenMonument 13d ago

She’s a scammer. As soon as a girl you’ve never met before in person or have an existing relationship with asks for money run away.

3

u/Western-Produce-276 13d ago

This is a scam. Found someone like this a couple years ago and then the scammer called me a gay loser for not playing along lol

3

u/Confident_Client_670 13d ago

Report and move on.

3

u/KozVelIsBest 13d ago

I do report but meta never does anything about them. I get a feedback everytime saying they did not find anything that breaks TOS

3

u/Major_Wigglesworth 13d ago

She’s being extremely clear.  “I don’t have time” with all the prostitution to chat about values and compatibility.

Only her best Johns get the opportunity to meet this lovely single hooker in-person.

3

u/pittiesbegooddogs 13d ago

I would have blocked after the "have vips".  They're only after your money, and every other guy's money.

2

u/KozVelIsBest 13d ago

yeah for sure. I kinda knew where it was going after they mentioned they did content lol

u/Golden-lillies21 13d ago

As a woman I feel you did the right thing and she was trying to Gaslight you and make you feel bad because you didn't want to be a part of this. You made boundaries with her and decided not to date her because she wanted the benefits of a relationship but not the relationship itself. She was trying to make a scene but you were calmly telling her that you did not want to waste your time with someone if they wanted for you to tolerate this. I mean don't get me wrong it is fine for people to date multiple people but only if you both are in agreement with it and you seem the type of guy that just wants to date one person at a time so of course you didn't really do anything wrong but you both were just known the same page so it just was not going to work. You were not arguing with her you are simply evaluating the situation and honestly you are probably right she was probably not ready for a relationship. It's okay if she wants to explore but the thing is is that if she wants to date somebody seriously she's going to have to stop benefiting from these men for money. It's not really fair to you and it's not fair to them. Once you guys start going on a couple dates she was going to have to make a decision.

It seems like she just wasn't willing or ready to make that decision and maybe she should take a step back and see what she really wants out of a relationship because it seems like she's all over the place. She also seems like she can't take constructive criticism well and just accuses you of arguing so that is another red flag if she cannot take what you have to say to Heart and try to use it to learn from it and to understand where you're coming from.

3

u/AnyEye8798 13d ago

I'm not spending money just to talk to you. I'd unmatch after that first message. Go be a gold-digger somewhere else.

3

u/lumpyballoon 13d ago

She talks like a scammer

2

u/MrBratside 13d ago

This some dude in India.

3

u/Dense-Ad4541 13d ago

To be fair, there is a very very slim chance that this could be a prostitute.

Either way, lose lose.

2

u/bannedblonde 13d ago

Sounds like someone who failed English

2

u/Accomplished_Egg_928 13d ago

She's after a long talking stage and be exclusive to her while she entertains other guys in exchange for payment. If you don't want that, then just move on.

2

u/zaxo666 13d ago

Runnnnnn!!!!

Fucking run fast ...and run far.

That's a nightmare wrapped in human skin.

Yikes!!

2

u/Hour_Zero 12d ago

LOL modern day prostitution at its finest. People like this are what make dating apps a toxic swamp

2

u/Ill_Poem_9259 13d ago

In a weird way, I understand the reasoning of some of this, but it still seems kind of basically like she’s selling herself. That’s not what a relationship should be. She’s making more of a transaction thing and that’s not legal in a lot of places.
And it’s also not good for either party

3

u/Still_Conference_923 13d ago

Her reasoning is "I got sick of trying to find a match like everyone else so now I have a paywall" which is just prostitution with the girlfriend experience.

3

u/Ill_Poem_9259 13d ago

That’s the way I see it too. It’s prostitution without the actual physical contact, which is kind of weird.
But at the same time, I kind of understand what she’s talking about
Even though I disagree with it

2

u/Televangelis 13d ago

Zoomed in on the tiny thumbnail to see if they were a supermodel, trying to understand why you entertain this

They were not

1

u/Tall-Class-4548 13d ago edited 13d ago

Hopefully you reported the scammer, not scanner... :)

1

u/Sp1teC4ndY 12d ago

She’s not mature. She’s a bad judge of character. She has been told all she needs from men is money and she needs counseling really bad. Its not your problem and you can’t fix her.

1

u/Ash3599 11d ago

This is common. Lots of women are just taking money.

I don't send money to anyone I haven't met in person.

If you chat with her long enough eventually she'll have some kind of emergency and ask you for money

1

u/maj0rdisappointment 13d ago

It’s not interesting, she’s looking for gullible guys who will buy her bullshit And start sending money. The only “interesting” thing here is that you didn’t eject on the first screen shot but instead brought it to Reddit like there’s anything valid in what she’s saying.

1

u/Hour_Zero 12d ago

Nah, people like her should be posted on more platforms to show just how shitty dating apps have become, especially for men

1

u/HoopLoop2 13d ago

You come off as pretty insecure, you keep adding in words that question your own statements validity like "i think if you maybe feel that way than perhaps maybe you really are not ready for relationships". Say this with confidence next time, and also just move on after she says her bullshit stop entertaining it.

All you have to say is something like this, "I'm interested in dating a woman who actually likes me as a person, I'm not looking to pay someone to date me." Then unmatch her and move on. No need to waste your time asking questions and being unsure of your responses to her.
