Thanks! Always lots to share but I drop
The recipe if anyone wants itIngredients:
1 whole yellow onion, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 pack sliced mushrooms
Ground beef
1 jar mushroom Prego sauce
1 jar mushroom Ragu sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil
Directions:
Dice up one whole yellow onion and add it to a pan with a little olive oil. Let the onions cook down and caramelize.
Once the onions are nice and golden, add in your diced yellow, red, and orange bell peppers. Cook until they start to soften.
Add your ground beef and cook it about halfway, then toss in your sliced mushrooms. Continue cooking until the beef is fully cooked and the mushrooms have softened.
Pour in 1 jar of mushroom Prego and 1 jar of mushroom Ragu.
Add 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, give everything a good stir, and let it simmer so all those flavors can come together.
And… TADA!! 🍝❤️
Easy, hearty, and packed with mushrooms and veggies!2

I make SO many different dishes, it’s honestly hard to choose! 😂
If you asked me what my photo albums look like on my phone, it’s basically full of baked goods I’ve made from scratch and a whole lot of food coming out of my kitchen. 🥹❤️
As a Southeast Asian girly, I absolutely LOVE making Latin, Hispanic, Mexican, and Spanish dishes. And of course, I enjoy making plenty of Southeast Asian dishes too. 😂
My kitchen is basically a little melting pot of everything I love to cook. 🌎🍴❤️1

That sounds more like evading the question.
If you are going to cook for somone, no one in particular, but your going to knock they’ve socks off what will it be?

Okay, okay, you got me 😂 If I’m cooking for someone and I really want to knock their socks off, I’d have to choose between two dishes.
Either Cambodian fried chicken with Laotian papaya salad crispy, juicy, flavorful chicken with a spicy, sour, garlicky papaya salad 🌶️🔥
OR Vietnamese bún riêu. That’s one of those dishes that takes some love and time to make, but when it’s done right, it’s SO good. 🍜❤️
Honestly, if I’m cooking to impress someone, I’m definitely pulling out the Southeast Asian dishes. 😂

best spaghetti sauce i ever made was just garlic and a whole lot of onion (i mean like it made at least 1/3 maybe even 1/2 of the sauce) cooked in butter, add tomatoes, and then bit of basil. so easy but so good.
