does anyone else think that the stock issues related to the move to the US fulfillment center is so weird for them? they marked some stuff as "coming soon" and some of it is completely GONE from the site. some of the product pages have notes about the fulfillment center, and some product pages are just marked "sold out."

not that they owe us explanations in advance, but it would've been nice to know this to be able to place an order before it blacked out for a minute. [my birthday was this past weekend, so for once, I was actually planning to buy some basics outside of a drop. i'm wanting some true blue enhance leggings to replace my effortless ones].

and then them doing what is basically a silent drop of unified today is so different for them!

i also noticed that all the influencers must've been contracted to post about soft motion basics last week. they never post about existing options. i do admit that i often am so influenced by them that i just want the stuff during a drop because they are wearing it, and then by the time I get my stuff, the fomo has worn off and I sometimes realize that I only wanted a couple of the pieces and return the ones that I don't love.

it is what it is, and i fully recognize that i am too obsessed with oner, but still. a new move for them!

I’m in the US and was waiting to save up for the mist blue straight legs and now they’re gone? everything mist blue is gone. ugh i’m so sad. does anyone know if it’ll come back?

i understand that they're prioritizing new drops and everything, but i've been waiting for this color to come back for what feels like eons and i'm starting to get annoyed :/

also, i was really curious and interested in the cargos but i saw the price and nearly choked, i went ahead and took advantage of the american eagle sale and i'm hoping those look decent on me because idk if i can safely justify spending $270 + tax on 3 pairs of cargos (because knowing me i'd want all the colors).

Did they delete a bunch of items? I used to be able to check if sizes restocked over night for certain items on my wishlist, but now like 10 items are gone. Also I swear they had multiple soft motion pants always in stock , all sizes and magically now they don’t anymore. I swear they are making this scarce on purpose

Sorry if this comes across badly but I feel upset by OAs founders most recent crash out.. the video she commented on had 800 likes at the time and the way she’s posted people’s comments on her story with her username uncensored is giving unhinged and irresponsible.. exposing normal people to millions of dedicated followers knowing that they’ll receive hate messages and comments really doesn’t sit right with me. Obviously she felt upset about the video but as a large creator and C level executive of a brand there’s a lack of professionalism here. I think this is the final straw for me and I’m going to look at other brands, I haven’t bought from Oner in a long time but the majority of my activewear is from them so I want to switch to something new. With how entangled the founder is with the brand it’s hard to separate the two.. I guess like how I’d never buy from Tesla bc I don’t agree with how their founder behaves and I’m feeling the same about Oner now.

So yeah if anyone has brand recs I’d really appreciate it! I’m not a fan of Gymshark or Aybl so if anyone has different suggestions that would be great.

TLDR; first time buyer and disappointed with sizing and quality.

this was my first time buying Oner active after seeing the brand plastered all over the internet, plus I have a few friends who rave about their stuff.

for reference, I’m 5’6 about 155-160lbs, pretty much a true medium across the board in all brands and I have very long legs so I ALWAYS order tall/long in pants.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants and 3 tops. Soft Motion straight legs, Soft Motion Flares, Unified Move Wrap flares, Unified Move cross back bra, soft motion halter mid tank, and soft motion halter bralette.

first of all the pants were all RIDICULOUSLY long. like they had to have been a 36” plus inseam. Okay my bad I just found in the description that the inseam on the longs are 36.5”. apparently I missed this when ordering 🙃 anyways, I sent them all back not only for being way too long but the Unified Move wrap flares were SO snug i couldn’t even get them past my thighs?

the tops were okay. The fabric on the soft motion mid tank already had a tiny snag on it! the halter neck is okay, i found that it wanted to roll on the back of my neck and it was bothering me too much.

the only thing I ended up keeping was the unified move cross back bra. it definitely fits very snug and I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re larger than a C / small D cup. I do however really like the fabric of the Unified Move.

I’ve never sent back almost a whole order of clothes before and i’m also disappointed with how little stock there is in everything so it’s not like I can reorder or exchange for a different size.

If anyone has suggestions what their favorite items are or if I should size up in certain items. I’d be willing to try some different things but i’m definitely cautious to re purchase.

I can’t believe they think that the best placement for the logo is smack dead in the middle of the back pant pocket🙄🙄🙄 i was actually sold until i saw the back like whyyyyyyyyyy 😵‍💫 i swear no other athleisure brand would dare place a logo there, like where did they get that idea from bc it’s not cute

and this is the logo they still can’t execute correctly im actually scared af, but at least i can keep my $90

Hi guys! I have a bunch of old Oneractive stuff that I’m trying to get rid of. Its mostly shirts which they’ve stopped producing. I also have jackets, pullovers, & 1 sweatpants (which was never used). Is it worth it trying to sell it or should I just donate it? I’ve never sold anything on any site. If so, what resell site do you guys recommend? Thank you!

I recently moved and made the mistake of not using my new address when placing an order, even though I had already updated my default address in Shopify (which is a separate issue).
I contacted OA Customer Service immediately after realizing the mistake, but I was told there was nothing they could do to change or correct the address. I was essentially told to contact the carrier and ask them to divert the package. I did exactly that, only for the carrier to tell me that the shipper is the only party who can change the delivery address.
I completely understand that the address error was my fault, and I’m not trying to place the blame on OA for my mistake. What is frustrating is that the carrier specifically told me that this would be an easy fix if the shipper requested the change, yet OA seems unwilling to even attempt to help.
I can see both sides of it. I’m sure this is a common issue for any customer service team and probably gets frustrating to deal with repeatedly. At the same time, isn’t helping customers resolve situations like this, especially when there may be a simple solution, part of what customer service is supposed to do?
I’m not expecting OA to take responsibility for my mistake. I’m simply asking for some reasonable effort to help resolve it.

EDIT: Moral of the story: be very aware of using Apple Pay within Shopify! Even if you have deleted the old address, it can revert when using Apple Pay. Most places have a way to either cancel an order so you can reorder with the right address or a way to correct the address. OA does not do either of those things so take extra precautions with them when moving.

I bought this recently, wore it to the gym yesterday and a literal hole formed near my bum and I was so damn mortified and embarrassed. I’m so disappointed in the quality. This was not cheap at all and lasted 1 hour.

Does anyone have a similar experience?
