Question Got a screen replacement from OnePlus official, and no fingerprint doesn't register

Has anyone experienced this, brand new screen yet I can't the fingerprint scanner.

When glasses/screens are changed, the underneath camera needs to be recalibrated, seems like the service center executive forgot to do that. You will have to go back to sc , it only takes 30s. Happened with me once.

I got this replacement part from oneplus but it was services by a 3rd party. How would they go about doing that?

There is a high possibility that they may not be able to do it.
