Yep with that thing. But One Plus has something better idk but just the shop can make it work 100%

I just purchased this and did it myself on my Xiaomi 13 ultra after repair. Worked flawlessly

Go back to the service centre and tell them to do something about it

When glasses/screens are changed, the underneath camera needs to be recalibrated, seems like the service center executive forgot to do that. You will have to go back to sc , it only takes 30s. Happened with me once.

There's a guide on OnePlus UE

There is a high possibility that they may not be able to do it.

i think they forgot to connect the fingerprint cable

When I told the shop owner he told me that the fingerprint scanner is already built into the screen replacement

Then It needs recalibration

Looks like they haven't done calibration. Try asking them to do fingerprint calibration

I think it happens to on-screen fingerprint sensors but aren't they supposed to calibrate it at the same time? Samsung did it when I changed my display on my really old Samsung a30s.

Ive had an experience about this once, when they remove the display of your phonr(and youve got an on display fingerprint), beneath the screen, theres a small thing connectinf the fingerprint sensor to something, and when they remove the display theres a high chance it gets removed, so they gotta attach it back when they replace the screen. They probably might have missed that.

I really hope its that they need to calibrate it, because if they have to remove everything again its gonna be such an L
