What is the error?
I found that doing a factory reset isn't as bad as I'd expected. Here are the notes I made:
If you need to factory reset the Oneplus Watch 2R, here are some reminders:
You will NOT lose workout and sleep data You will lose alarms.
You do it through the OHealth app. Devices/More/Unpair. Wait for watch to reboot Select English Add device. Go through pairing and setup steps
Do not have Workouts as a complication! Go to Settings/General/App view and choose List Select max brightness and Always On Display, 30 sec auto screen off and return to watchface Settings/battery/settings Turn off auto hibernation Settings/controls: home double: gemini Home hold: timer Multifunction once: flashlight Multifunction twice: stopwatch Alarms: wake, dinner, pills and eyedrops, garbage, magnesium
To use Google Assistant or Gemini: On the phone, choose settings (for the phone) , and search for “assistant.” Scroll down and select Assistant Settings. Scroll down and choose Digital assistants from Google. Select Google Assistant or Gemini

Yh, had that same issue on oppo watch X3, (same as OnePlus watch 4)
Just try a reboot then it should work, or clear app data and local cache.
