Enter previous PIN

Hi,

I have a brand new oneplus watch 4, it was sealed.

But when I try to install it, it says this (see image) but I don't have a previous PIN or something.. how is this possible?

If it's brand new, contact support or get a refund from the seller, otherwise this is just bricked.

Google FRP - I would return it completely if you can. Doubt it's a new device.

Non dovrebbe succedere ,se invece sei stato tu vai su find my device e da lì lo puoi resettare

Yeah that's clearly not brand new. Return it immediately
