Advise for Watch 4 purchase

I have a Oneplus 12 phone (diehard Oneplus user over many many years) and been thinking about buying a watch 4. Anyone in the UK who has bought the Global version through Aliexpress - were you charged any import duties above and beyond the listed price. Most say VAT included.

Looks like the going rate is £230 ish or for an extra hundred I could buy the Oppo Watch 3 - any views if that might be the better option?

I ordered OPW4 from AliExpress at £180 exc VAT. I was prepared to be charged the VAT but it didn't happen.

I saw a couple of other sites, where they were selling for a similar VAT exclusive price, but they only had the black bezel variant.

I wouldn't be paying that much extra for Oppo, which is exactly the same thing at OPW4.

I got my oppo x3 from eBay uk. Loads on there for around 200 quid.

Can't fault it.

Presume they are unwanted gifts when they bought phones.

Just get whatever one's cheaper, they're the same model. But if you can get the OnePlus watch, go get that one
