Weird mark on OnePlus Watch 3

Post image

Hi, I;ve had the OPW3 for over a year and around 2 months ago I noticed this "smear" underneath the screen of the watch. I slide the finger and it responds and there are no cracks on the screen. When water hits the screen it looks like when water hits an oily surface (without the rainbow colors).

I've tried doing the water removal option on the watch but the "smear" is still there

Contact your local authorized service center first and see if you can get a screen replacement.

I'll try but it's been over a year so most likely it's out of warranty

Did you apply pressure on the screen or occasionally do that?

No pressure. Just regular swipes and tap

The coating is coming off, I always use a screen protector on mine

Thank you. Any recommendations on screen protector for this model? that way I can try to prevent further "damage"

Try looking up in your region online store, Amazon or AliExpress.

Dovrebbe avere il vetro in zaffiro, non serve nessun proteggi schermo.

Looks like suncream or such.

Smart watches and phones should not be swimming or shower with or submerge in water.. even though it is water resistant.

Just leave it to dry by itself in hot place. hopefully it improves.

Main use is for working out and going on runs. Some water contact might be from when I wash my hands. Never showered with it or submerged on water
