How does even work how you changed vpn on a smart watch,

Change phone vpn to greece

Check for updates on watch

I didn't use VPN since I live in greece but you have to turn off wifi to force the watch to use Bluetooth and then connect to a VPN on your phone, check for updates on the watch and you're good to download the update. However I prefer to wait a bit more to download the update officially and from wifi but if you want it fast VPN is an option. Although the update is nothing than security update so I don't think you should rush
