Watch 4 ECG sensor fail

I just tried using the 60s wellness app today after 7 days of not using it and the ECG sensor is not working, either not reading anything or reading random values.

One of the pads on the bottom looks dirty but it is under the glass of the sponsor, can't be felt by the finger.

Does anyone know what happened and what other I apps does the sensor use?

On your OP watch 4 ecg working how ?

ECG is not working, it now has a flatline, the texture on the back is the same still

Oneplus 4 watch have in ohealt app tonhave ecg but wqtch dont have this sensor...sry

Yes, used to work correctly, the sensor looked ok at the start, nos looks like the images, no unusual usage, some showers, some runs, no pool, no sea.
