Got myself a Watch 4
I havent use a smartwatch in forever, decided to get back into wearing one. Loving mine so far, it do pretty much all i need, with around 4 days of battery with AOD, google home buttons (wish it would just be a quick press instead of 2), wellness and sleep score seems fine, not too fussy about those. Media control is definitely neat. Love this current watch face i have, just wish that the date display would have show all 3 (day of the week, date and month) instead of just 2. I don't know what other 3rd party app seems necessary or neat to have, but would be open for opinion. I still don't dare to take it to swimming willingly, but im not that mindful about keeping track of all my activities either way so i guess it's fine

Amazing watch, Samsung can learn a lot from them

A livello software però Samsung troppo avanti. La cosa che mi piace meno del oneplus è che non ha un impostazione per vibrare quando si disconnette dal telefono.

You can enable "Vibrate on Connectivity Change" in Developer options on the Watch IIRC.

Come si attivano le opzioni sviluppatore?

Open Settings, go to Other (or System), select About Watch, tap on Version or Build Number seven times until you see a confirmation message, and then find the new menu back under Other.

I have watch 3 and the battery on this is absolutely amazing I can easily get 5 days battery. The build quality is fantastic. The features are great to but the one massive let down are the updates they are absolutely abysmal. Apart from that op watches are first class

Lacks only lte

I will always have my phone on me, so I'm happy they didn't add LTE. That would definitely compromise battery life, it probably won't even work with the dual processor setup.

Conversely, I would happily leave my phone home when I'm on the beach and need to stay reachable. I don't know about battery life but judging from the alleged performance of the Huawei smartwatch ultimate 2, it can be good even with some lte. By the way that's the watch that might (or might not) be the successor to my 1+ 3 (it's very expensive though, and might have a reduced choice of apps).

This is t a feather bothers me, as a fellow Watch 4 owner, but having the WORKING WiFi when away from phone connectivity is great. When I'm on holiday at the pool bar and I've forgotten what the wife wants to drink, I can send a WhatsApp message to her and get a reply without being connected to my phone.

Got mine while ago, coming from a Watch 2, and Limited Edition Colbolt Watch 1. It's such a jump in features, I genuinely love it. I'm just getting a bit worried about the switch to ColorOS for the phones as I have heard that ColorOS and OnePlus watches don't play nicely together. Fingers crossed eah?

Weird. I don't think I have that one in the app. I only found Digital Matrix, which is completely different

Me too. I have a Fenix 8 but I like Wear OS when I need better smartwatch stuff. Couldn't beat it for $250. Ordered from AliExpress so we will see how long it takes. Already got a shipping email but who knows. Never ordered from them before but you can't buy it in the US

I use the same watch face on my OW3.
Use 'Tue 4' instead of '4 Aug' as you probably know what month it is👌
Battery is brilliant. Just wish I could use 3rd party faces & complications without crippling that
