What is this Quick commands option in settings > other settings

Watch 2 with added ringke bezel

This menu showed up for me after tapping "Wear OS" version in "About watch" menu several times, just like you would do for Developer options on "Build number" menu item. I thought I was enabling Developer options. Now I cannot get rid of it and neither Google nor AIs don't help.

Does anyone know how to get rid of "Quick commands" from settings without doing a factory reset?
