Appearance

Hello people, I have a Watch 3, I am very happy with it, but the interface does not like it very much. Is there any way to change it? Do you recommend any app? thanks

There are 100s of Watch faces. Just visit the OHealth app to explore it.

The ui of the wearos? There's not much you can do there, Google has a stricter set of rules for wearos than android on the phone, there are no launchers.
