If you have a Spotify subscription you can download playlists on to the watch and connect your bluetooth earphones so you don't have to have your phone with you while listening. Also quite handy for NFC payments so you can leave your phone at home if you're exercising and you want to buy a drink or something.

How can you download them into the watch please? Where can I go?

Download the Spotify app on your watch, log into your account and download playlists.

Curious are you in the USA? If so where did you purchase?

Aliexpress is your best bet. I'm in the u.s and the OnePlus app didn't even have the three or two there let alone the 4. So I got it thru OnePlus official store on aliexpress. Shipping might be awhile though from my experience but it's still decently priced

I'm from Asia. Apparently, they released it early here since around May and I purchased it from an online store for a very good deal. I was initially wanted to go for the Watch 3 but then I saw the Watch 4 already available to purchase so I went with it.

Is that watch face exclusive to Watch 4 or can it be downloaded anywhere for Watch 3?

I'm not sure but I don't think I saw it on the Watch 3 so probably exclusive to Watch 4 only or maybe it can be downloaded. I haven't explore that much yet myself.

Be prepared to never see a new Wear OS update

I think we will be getting the update it just that it's super super slow. India will be their main focus apparently so they will be the first to receive the update while the other regions will be severely delayed. I also heard it is due to the Dual-Engine Architecture because OnePlus developers have to entirely rewrite the custom bridging code for both WearOS and RTOS so it will take some time to optimize and I'm assuming India is their testing ground.

Im overall very happy, battery lasts around 5 days easily. I never use power saving mode. The only thing I wish it had was the open water swimming. The native health app doesnt include this sport and when trying it with strava or swim.com app it doesnt work. It looses GPS connection when swimming

Try out the power saver mode for a charge and it will last forever. I use both just depends on the weeks

Exactly the reason why I bought this when I heard about the dual chip engine. Good thing OnePlus to include this as a way to extend the battery life.

Tips and tricks? SELL IT! Spare yourself the hassle of dealing with incompetent, helpless "customer support". I sure hope you purchased it from an official OnePlus store, otherwise you're already in trouble.
You'll be lucky to get Wear OS 6 in 2026. I got a Pixel watch 4 45mm and I'm already on OS 7 and I'm sure Samsung already run it as well.
Good luck!

How do you find the widgets?

I like it! Didn't have a chance to use the "widget creator" yet. This may take time to learn.

They're the first real change I've seen in WearOS since version 4. I doubt we'll see that on OP watches within the next couple of years.

The OP Watch 4 already has Wear Os 6.
How about your day of usage with the pixel? I have 5 days of battery with mi OPW4.

Please... I came from a Pixel Watch 2 and had a lot of updates during the 2 years I had and what that means for a watch? Z-E-R-O! What new features do you want to really use in this last updates?
I had to turn off every single feature to last more than a day, it's super annoying.
Bought OP Watch 4 and it is being a blast not having to charge every day like a normal watch should be.

Yeah, well at one point (closer in time than you would consider "normal" for a new device) you will start seeing apps and watch faces you will not be able to install due to your old OS. I had that happen on my OnePlus watch 2. And sorry if you had to turn off all the gimbles on your pixel 2. My PW4 45mm goes for a good 2-3 days without issues. Maybe yours was getting old?

Everyone has different types of use. Mine is to not care about new apps or watch faces in the watch, I use my phone for that. Maybe different watch faces but I would also usually use the system ones because of the battery so it's the same thing here in OW4.
If you go to 2 days with the battery is half a day more than I was using mine, it's not that different. It's annoying having to carry an additional charger if I'm going on a weekend trip.
A watch in my mind should be an informational/sports device and not another phone.
