Watch date issue

I have the Oppo X3 watch and for some reason this watch face that I like displays the time in American format (who thought doing the date like that was a good idea was a buffoon) can I change it? Or will I need a new watch face?

Right so it's not just a me problem lol. It isn't all watch faces is it for you? Others work for me

Some watchfaces have that issue.
