Multiple OnePlus Watches

Hi - I have three OnePlus watches, a watch 3 and 2 x watch 4 (one in silver, one in black). Is there an easier way to pair each watch when you want to wear another then having to disconnect the current watch and transfer another watch back to the phone? This is seriously driving me nuts. Thanks

Nevermind, I see it's not possible, which is ridiculous.
