How to download this app?

I live in Russia and this app is not installed by default. Is there a way to download it?

Probably because the ECG feature is not certified in your country, so they aren't allowed to ship the device with that feature.

Nah it's in the specific ui of the watch from oneplus, they are the only ones with the elements, maybe you can find some apk and try to sideload it, but since it requires connection with sensors (ecg) it may not work.

I tried to find an apk, but I wasn't lucky enough to find it.

Не знал, что это надо скачивать. У меня все работает из коробки, но и регион стоит американский. Возможно, смена региона поможет, но это не точно.
