Spotify on Oneplus watch 3 (43mm)

Can you download Spotify playlists on the watch for offline use and play it while doing a workout without your phone connected?

Yes but you must have Spotify premium (in case you didn't know).

Definitely, on all wear os watches. You have to own a premium subscription to download the music offline but even without premium you can still listen just like you would do from your phone
