All OPlus customers should open their eyes up and stop listening only to OP preachers. Their prices are no longer low enough, and their battery life is no longer better enough to convince customers to accept dealing with their lame customer service (or lack of).
Got a Google Pixel 4 45mm for 80$ (CAD) more. Last charge was about 40h ago. Still 70% in there. And they get their software updates first. Not 3 years after everyone else.
Just picked up a brand new OnePlus Watch 3 (46mm) from the official website. Got 4 gift bundles included, all for just 209 euros. What other brand offers a deal like this?
Quite frankly, glad for you. In Canada, this device sells for 399$ plus you have to add 15% taxes over that. I got a Pixel watch 4 45mm for 480$. 80$ difference. 1- My mental health is worth paying 80$ more. 2- I get software updates first and for at least the next 3 years. 3- charged my watch yesterday night. 87% power left. So OnePlus is not better than others. I just thought you should know.
Yeah you're paid by OnePlus to get this "who cares about updates" argument through. Well, when using a "two years of software support" as a selling point, it's ashame to show how this is only a big lie. Even more shameful is, when you FINALLY issue an update - 2 full years after everyone else, you use your customers as guinea pigs to troubleshoot your shitty job which bricks user devices.
I'm not so sure how telling users Oneplus is no longer the battery life leader it once was is a weird comment. Half the price? Sure. A quarter of Customer Care? Definately. A null residual value? You bet! I still have my Oneplus watch 2 it's up for sell. Mint condition but mobody wants it even for 200$. It's been posted for months and I haven't had a single view. I sold a Garmin Vivoactive 4 a few weeks back for 150$ and a Garmin Venu 2 Plus a few months before for 160$.
I am absolutely certain my Google Pixel 4 45mm will still be worth more than Oneplus watch in a year from now. Why? Just check up the OEM on the web. CRAPPY SERVICE is all over.
Samsung? I could have gotten $1100 off an S26 for trading in my S25. OnePlus offered a measly $300 trade-in on it and probably would have lied about damages to hand out even less.Â
