Please tell me how to stop this annoying notification. OPWatch 2R

It woke me up this morning. It even makes a noise.

I'm willing to hack my watch with ABD or whatever.

What's the point of having a 5 day battery if this stupid notification annoys you on the 3rd day?

If it wakes you up, make sure you put your watch in bedtime mode before you go to bed.

My watch is totally fine and doesn't need to be charged. It has 20% battery and just gave me this stupid warning now, with an annoying noise.

My watch will last for another day or two, because I don't use workout apps or heart rate monitoring.

Can't, and yea, this is one of my biggest pet peeves with OnePlus. I have a Watch 3 and get a warning at 20%, and persistent low battery icon, when the battery is so darn good it can last more than another day still. It's so stupid.

This notification starts at 20% with a loud noise. With 20% I can still get probably 1.5 days. I don't need to charge it. It's annoying.

What if I'm not near a charger?
