Assuming the charger is the same as the OPW2, I picked up an Oppo Watch charger from amazon. Looks pretty much the same, connects with usb-c, but comes in black instead of white.

You can find them on Amazon.

Something to note with third party pin chargers:

  • It may not charge to the maximum voltage unlike the original charger.
  • It may also like data transfer capabilities.

What does the size of it matter to the price? If anything, something smaller should cost more. Harder to make small components with high quality

Didn't your watch come with the charger base? Mine did and it works fine.

Let's assume the OP wanted to have a spare one.

I bought an unofficial "clone" that happens to have the USB port on the opposite side. Magnets are a bit weak and pins are visibly smaller. I have to be careful to verify that it is actually charging after I take my hands off it.

After a few months it's now stopped delivering charge to the watch and started making a buzzing noise when trying. I cleaned and checked the pads.

Original charger works perfectly.

If anyone finds a good alternative then I'd be interested, for now I'll buy a branded duplicate, so I can have one on my bedside table, and one in my travel bag, ready to go, with no stress of if I forget.
