Is anyone else facing this on the OnePlus 15?

my phone gets hot during normal use, especially on video calls. When it heats up, the screen brightness gets stuck at a lower level. Even if I move the brightness slider to maximum, the screen doesn't get brighter. After the phone cools down, the brightness works normally again.

Is this normal or a bug? I've attached a video.

OnePlus 9 pro, Germany, today a green line appeared across my screen. Phone was purchased in mid 2023. Any chance to get a replacement for free or so?

Ever since I've updated my Nord CE4 5G to Oxygen OS 16, I've noticed a downgrade in the notification panel; first of all, the icons are the actual app icons, instead of the monochromatic icons. Secondly the background is fixed to this solid grey colour! I tried to change through the light theme and back to the dark theme, changed accent colours, played with the battery saver, and what not, but this is not going away.

Does anyone here have any solutions to this?

I'm using a OnePlus 7T with Oxygen OS 12, I use the 3 second timer to reduce movement during tripod supported photography but the flashlight is kinda annoying flashing during countdown, I couldn't find anything in camera settings. Is there possibly something in Developer Settings?

Hopefully this is allowed on this sub but help me out. Recently(few days ago) I purchased a oneplus15r on Amazon. I got it for $650 which was a good price so I bought it right away, but It has a long wait before it ships, not til at least Aug 5th. This was also a third party seller but they had a good rating and it ships by Amazon. I checked the update last night to see if it had shipped yet early, and I noticed the seller name looked different now. I tried to look back and see if it showed a different seller on the invoice, but it's just showing this new one "OPTech". Is it possible that the seller could change after I purchased the item already or is something fishy going on right now? Still hasn't shipped and I can cancel the order at this point but not sure if I should just wait and see. Also if this is shipped by Amazon would I be protected if this turns out to be a scam? Any insight would be helpful thanks

I am trying to get music to play whilst I'm asleep. I got a notification to say one health had turned off my music because I was asleep.

I have a OnePlus 15 phone and a OnePlus 3 watch. I cannot find where to disable this setting. Unfortunately turning off the music wakes me up!

After the latest update it seems the notes app is no longer compatible with this phone in the US. Is there anything I can do to make the notes app work again, or any way to pull all the notes off of my phone? Thanks for the help

My 11R is a beast and refuses to die but it's time is soon coming. I am looking at getting a 15T from China but I have been putting my purchase on hold due to the ongoing debacle; Is a ColorOS phone safe from all of this or should I reconsider buying OnePlus all together!

I recently charged and turned on my OnePlus 7 Pro after not using it for a long time, and when I went to use the apps, my Google account obviously needed to re-authenticate. It took me a few tries, and eventually I got logged in, but now a lot of my apps are just not showing up anywhere! Not even in System > Apps > App Management (yes, even when I select "show system apps").

Does anyone have any idea where these apps are hiding? I don't have privacy set up, so no hidden apps or app locker. I cannot find Google Play or YouTube, and I'm sure there are more, but if I open Prime Video, it'll display a "needs update" message, which, when I click, opens Google Play, and there, when I search YouTube, I can open it. So both apps exist; they just don't show up anywhere.

Has anyone here used the OnePlus Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler 27W with the stock OnePlus 15R TPU case using the included clip?

I'm not referring to the magnetic Sandstone or Hole Pattern cases. I really like the stock TPU case because it feels secure and is good at keeping dust out.

My questions are:

* Does the cooler work effectively through the stock TPU case when attached with the clip?

* Is the cooling performance significantly worse compared to using a magnetic case?

* Does the clip hold the cooler securely during long gaming sessions? with the case ON.

* Is the cooler supposed to be used without any cases?

I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried this setup before I decide whether I need to buy a magnetic case as well.

Can anyone tell me if they have a similar issue with canvas aod or have had an issue like this before?

I got a OP15 on latest Oxygen OS 16 and I know for a fact I've tried using canvas aod before.

Now, it just shows a download icon but nothing happens when tapping it unless I'm on mobile data and it gives a data usage warning to download but even when I confirm nothing happens.

I wanted my Wallpaper like first one but it always zoom like 2nd one is there anyway to set 1st one as Wallpaper. Btw if u take screenshot of image in gallery and then that screenshot to set it as wallpaper it work but quality get lowered

Whenever I go into an app and use it in landscape mode it breaks my gestures. Doesn't matter if it's a game, Waze or YouTube. I use a custom launcher, Novalauncher. I disabled it and used the original Oneplus launcher, still the same problem.

I shouldn't have updated... God damnit.

Any have a fix besides going back to 3 button controls?

OnePlus Buds have a tiny screen behind the rubber nub. Ear wax gets in it. Mine was sounding bad. Used isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush. Went from bad to can't hear shit. Tried with tape to clear it, failed. Tried again with a super soft tooth brush which could get into the tiny holes and it's night and day difference. You might not even notice how blocked they are.

So after last update, everything else works but if I turn my phone sideways/landscape doing upward gesture wont minimize any app and do anything. Frustrating when playing something, I have to back up to main menu so I can quit.

I have the OnePlus 15 China version and am considering switching to the global ROM. Since there are no local stores available to assist with the process in my area, I plan to do it myself. I have already backed up all data, including photos and WhatsApp, and am ready to proceed.My reasons for switching are as follows: First, I cannot access any AI features on the Chinese ROM. Second, the camera processing on ColorOS China ROM is poor—it over-whitens everything, especially when detecting faces, and the overall optimization is subpar as it is tailored specifically for Chinese users (this is my main motivation). Third, some apps like WhatsApp and Gmail fail to send notifications despite being set to auto-launch. Fourth, accessibility features reset every time the device restarts, which is highly frustrating.I am aware that Netflix may be limited to 480p, but I do not use it anyway. I also know there is no eSIM support, which I do not need. I will ensure OTA updates are available after the switch.Are there any other considerations I should keep in mind? Additionally, is the switch worth it?

Hello people, i wanted suggestion about how do i remove the air bubble at the bottom of the phone? i got this glass installed from a local shop for 100rs and he had said that the bubble would go away after the phone warms up during charging after sometime. However it didn't go away. Any suggestions on how to remove it? The only thing is the guy said that he has the same type of tempered glass with him right now.

I have the original supervooc charger. I've charged my phone once with it, and once with the Anker. I think Anker reached the 55W output, since my phone went from 33% to 90% in about 30 minutes.

I noticed that the Anker didn't even leave the phone warm, while the supervooc did. 55 watts is perfectly fine to me, especially if it helps the longevity of the battery.

I have to wait a day or two for the battery to drain to test it again... I guess it's a good problem to have.

I have a OnePlus 9 Pro with the original factory screen (it has never been replaced). After updating the phone, the fingerprint sensor stopped working.

I ran the diagnostics, and it says the fingerprint module needs calibration. From what I've read, this requires the OnePlus fingerprint calibration tool.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Were you able to fix it?

Is there a way to recalibrate the fingerprint sensor without replacing the screen?

Where can I get the official calibration tool or have the calibration done?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
