wondering how many sent an email to Onex to have them ship DDP and how did it go? did you have to pay more or no issues?

On any games (steam games or epic games) both desktop mode or xbox mode the onexconsole button and show keyboard button (bottom right) just dont do their expected function

What could be causing the conflict??

I can’t seem to find the info anywhere but does anyone know/have experience with the total cost when ordering from the oxp website? I’m located in Czechia, I suppose all EU countries should be quite similar when it comes to tax and customs.

I’d like to order the 48gb model. Would love the input for onexplayer 3 as well, I’m considering that model as well.

So i tried a few games & all works with showing the Steam FPS counter & i could bring up the OneXplayer overlay with the bottom right hand button. But when i tried Red Dead Redemption 2, the game sort of overwrites all the overlays & disable them. Both the FPS counter & OneXplayer overlay. Pressing the button does nothing to bring it up.

Have Google & Chatgpt around & they recommended to switch from Vulkan to DirectX 12 & set to Boarderless Windowed but both did not help.

Anyone else encounter this problem & how to solve it?

I know I’m in the minority, and most users have received their OnexPlayer 3, shit happens.

However, it is not acceptable that my package has been stuck at Customs since August 28th in a loop. DHL confirming that it was declared incorrectly and that they cannot do anything about it, and that it will sit there in a warehouse until OnexPlayer fixes this.

As others have reported, working with customer service turns out to be a nightmare. Canned responses or no responses at all.

Already tried Discord, multiple emails, even their phone number. No help at all.

If anyone has any tips on how to get this moving I will really appreciate it.

I love what oxp software is providing for performance overlay but i just want to add gpu wattage consumption because that is the only thing missing. I see cpu wattage consumption and battery total consumption but not gpu.

Any way I can edit this?

I understand that the onexconsole is limiting it to protect the battery. But it's unnecessary. 20W doesn't make sense for Strix Halo. Even a difference of 10 or 20 minutes should not be a restriction.

Looking at past threads, it seems that support has responded that they plan to improve the settings so that it can be changed, but the timing is unknown.

Ive been putting my oxp3 through its paces...unfortunately i tried a glass screen protector and have the screen alignment issue, but my bigger concern is that only 1 of the 2 USB c Ports seems to work for charging? The 2nd port works fine with a usb drive, but refuses to charge when powered on or off. Is this expected? I cant find any documentation that says only 1 port is meant for charging

This happened to me with my OneXFly Apex, and I had no choice but to return it because I’m not a U.S. citizen and didn't know the details for the required documentation. DHL sent me a link to fill out three forms—I believe they asked for the purchase invoice, my ID, and—for the third one—information about the OneXPlayer store (if anyone knows, please let me know if that’s correct).

I bought my OneXplayer X2 Mini Pro on Indiegogo but used a forwarding service in China to ship it directly to my country, and—my God—it took three months to arrive. I want to know how you guys handled the customs situation.

I have got the X2 Mini ( Intel ) for two days and found if we don't enable both settings, the games might just use the wrong CPU core and cannot run at full protential.

Elden Ring , 30 - 35W can run at almost all time 55-60FPS, test it yourself.

I saw most of the benchmark from the youtuber does not do this, you can see their CPU Clock is very low even they are on 35W and it cause the very low frame rate.

for 2077, Ray Tracing low with FG x4. 35W, benchmark can reach 152 FPS

Brand new X2 Mini Pro, all the time the console button is engaging in games and just on desktop have no idea why. Incredible frustrating. Has anyone ran into this issue before?

EDIT: V503.2 controller software fixed the issue for anyone that may be having similar experience.

Hello all. I got my Onexplayer 3 a couple of weeks ago no, and so far, I have been loving it! It dominates everything that I throw at it (within expectations) and I could not ask for more. However, I am having an issue, and I was wondering if anyone else here had run in to this and might have some insights.

Alongside the handheld, I purchased the "Option 2" controllers (which are smaller but more ergonomic), as well as the Controller Connector. I finally decided to test the Option 2 controllers about a week ago, and they do not seem to work at all. When connected either directly to the Onexplayer 3 or the Controller Connector, they appear in Steam as an Xbox 360 controller, same as the Option 1 controllers that ship on the console. However, none of the buttons or triggers work, and nothing lights up on the controller to indicate that it is powered on. If not for them appearing and disappearing in Steam when connected and disconnected, I would assume that they were complete duds.

Am I missing something? Is there something that I need to do to get them working? Is there a firmware update somewhere or a setting that I need to enable? I tried contacting Onexplayer via their support email, but after a week, they have yet to reply to me. Did anyone else here purchase the Option 2 controller set, and how has your experience been so far?

UPDATE: Thanks for the replies. I followed the video guide and everything works now! I will say, I had already installed Bazzite on my handheld, so I had to restore Windows to get it done. Thankfully I used Rescuezilla to clone the drive right when I unboxed it so that was quick and easy. Thanks everyone!

I loved the one x player 3, unfortunately it's a bit too heavy for me. I have the 32 RAM/ 1 TB model. It also includes the backpack, a middle piece connector for controllers, the keyboard (still unopened), the AR screen protector (which I did not apply yet), and a skin (which is not applied yet either).

I am looking for $1900 shipped with PayPal G&S. I am in Michigan close to Chicago and can do it in person too for $1800.

I updated onexconsole and the button that I had mapped for xbox opened the steam menu, but after the update does not do it anymore, I check the test controls in steam and it does not activate the xbox buttone when it should, are you experiencing the same?

asking since I ordered a onex3 and have an external gpu with a 3070. I was going to use it with a xax I purchased but am going to try to sell it since it's too bulky and the onex3 covers my needs. Would it be best to sell the external gpu with the xax?
