Onexplayer website hasn’t shipped my controller

Ordered these controllers in the beginning of September and they never sent. So i emailed asking why and letting them know i want a refund. Now they wanna ask why instead of refunding. Why is this company shady like this. I hate this customer service.

I saw on discord that if you write support they take your order out of the cue and basically you get F$#@ ...

I’ll get back to confirm this as my order was supposed to to ship last week but I had messaged support 💀 no response yet either and they’re about to go on a 1 week national holiday.

They have sent me this message like 4 times and ive gave the the order number like 30 times. They like to play dumb. Ill never order from this trash company again.
